I came across a recipe for "Sunday Morning Crepes" and decided to give it a try (on a Saturday).
First I went to market to get some supplies...

Then I started on the batter, which is EASY! You just plop some of it down on a griddle or pan (lightly oiled) and they take about 1 minute on each side. I would recommend using a pan instead of a griddle, to get a nice circular shape - but I might have had such a rough time because our griddle pops up in the middle, making for strange shaped crepes.

Then you simply put on some jam, jelly, fruit (whatever it is you'd like) and ta-dahh!

Saturday Morning Crepes

I'm making broccoli casserole right now. I'm not sure if I'll even like it! Something about the word casserole usually makes me think "ew" but maybe this is another dish that with age, I'm learning to enjoy.
We'll see!

Yum, yum, yum! I always wanted to make crepes but thought it would be too difficult. You've given me the crepe courage! I too used to despise casseroles but with adulthood have embraced them because it's so nice to throw a bunch of stuff in a baking dish, plop it in the oven and let it cook itself.
